Black Tie Wedding at The Cliffs at Glassy Chapel Chris & Christina | Greenville, SC

Boy have we been waiting a long time for this one! And Chris & Christina’s wedding finally came! We can honestly say from the moment we walked in the door to see everyone for the first time, we felt like part of the family!…

*Quick side story: We were confirming final details on the phone with Chris & Christina a few weeks ago and Christina mentioned that the dress code was “Black Tie Optional.” She said she really wanted it to be a Black Tie wedding but was afraid that no one would meet that dress code because it was optional. Well, we told her we would do our part. Ok back to your regular programming!*

…So we walk through the door to the hotel room and Christina goes crazy with joy and happiness because she sees Ryan and he’s wearing a tuxedo! This is not a normal thing for him. He’s pretty much always one to dress sharply every day, but generally not in a tuxedo on a 95 degree day as a photographer! But he did it for Christina and she loved it! So, right there the day was off to a great start. Alyssa fit right in with the bridesmaids from minute one and the groomsmen were best friends with Ryan within the first hour.

So pair all of that with an incredible vendor team, a mountaintop chapel and a bride and groom that defines the word classy, and we were in for an incredible day! We had sooo many favorites, it became almost impossible to decide what would go on the blog today, but we finally narrowed it down.

Chris & Christina, we know you are headed out on your honeymoon tomorrow! But today, we hope you can just sit, relax and enjoy reliving what was an exquisite wedding day filled with love, beauty and joy!
