Ben & Claire Furman University Engagement Greenville, South Carolina

Last Saturday, we got in the car and were driving to Ben & Claire’s engagement session. As we were driving along, we both simultaneously looked up at an opening in the trees in front of us to see a large, dark cloud. Oh no!!! We had checked the weather, but recently Greenville has been having daily pop-up thunderstorms. Some have been pretty mild and others have been blow-the-grill-off the-side-of-the-porch intense!

Hoping to catch Claire before she got too far into her hair and makeup, we gave her a call. We told her about the weather situation and that we would monitor it up until our official start time (about an hour from then). She completely understood. But we also knew this was going to be the third time Ben & Claire had tried to do their engagement session and it had been rained out every time! We felt so sad for them and we wanted to do it for them!!! So we started praying for clear weather and the storm moved away just as we were supposed to start! Literally. As in, we have test shots of Ryan in the rain 10 MINUTES before the images you are about to see!

Needless to say, we were so thankful for good weather after all and we couldn’t be more excited about how these images turned out! Ben & Claire, we fell in love with you guys so quickly and we had a blast with you guys! We hope you love these images as much as we do!
