Braden & Sydney Spring Engagement Charleston, SC

They grew up in the same town, at the same school, and had always been good friends. Even though college took them in different directions (Braden to Clemson, Sydney to South Carolina), they remained close, and started dating towards the end of their college careers. Braden said it best, that their very, very close friend status turned into something more, and they both knew it was meant to be.

For the proposal, Braden did everything he could to pull off this surprise. They actually went down to Charleston for his birthday weekend, and while she was trying to plan all the things to celebrate him, Braden had better plans. Sydney said yes in the town that meant so much to her, and we just had to go back there to photograph their engagement session!
