Daniel Chapel and Westin Poinsett Fall Wedding Huw & Abbey | Greenville, SC

Huw & Abbey’s story begins at Furman University. Specifically, on the lacrosse field, where they met through mutual friends. Even though they met on campus, their story officially started when they happened to both be out at Connolly’s Pub one night, and Huw went up to a group of girls and asked Abbey if he could get her a drink. They got to talking, and Huw came up with the wonderful idea to try to get to the roof of the nicest hotel in downtown Greenville. They made it into the Westin and up as many flights as the stairs allowed. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make it to the roof that night, but 5 years later, we got the awesome privilege of taking the two newlyweds up to the roof to finally experience it. We love the intentionality Huw & Abbey put into choosing the perfect venues for their wedding celebration! And the Daniel Chapel and Westin Poinsett were the perfect setting for their beautiful fall wedding!

Huw & Abbey, what an honor it has been to come along side you both over the last year! We had the best weekend celebrating with you, from the rehearsal dinner at Ruth’s Chris to partying the night away at the Westin. We love you both!
