Dear Alyssa…

Dear Alyssa,

We are officially headed into our 2nd full year of full-time wedding photography! We have had the pleasure of getting to know some amazing couples already in our young business together and I can’t wait to find out what’s coming this year as we enter our next quarter-century of life.

I know that we will be facing some new challenges this year. I also know we will be more prepared for those challenges than we were last year by the grace of God. But I have to be honest. Sometimes, I let the fear of the unknown discourage me. We don’t always know how God will provide for us. But if there is one thing we learned last year it’s that we don’t need to fear the unknown. We don’t have to wonder if God will provide for us. We have a God that knows every second of our lives and won’t leave us without hope for tomorrow.

He will provide. He always will. And not just financially. But he will provide an abundant life for us. It will be full of blessings and full of challenges.

I also know that no matter what happens, we will do it together. And that’s the most exciting part. I get to spend life with you. I wouldn’t have it any other way. We have so many good times together. And we have faced a very few tough days in our 3 short years together. But doing it together has always been the best part.

So I can’t wait to see what is coming this year! Let’s look back on this year as one of the best we’ve ever had!
