Heyward Manor Early Spring Wedding TJ & Olivia | Greenville, SC

TJ & Olivia envisioned a beautiful spring celebration of their marriage in front of their friends and family. A day filled with greenery, lots of white, and pops of blue. A joyful union, and day filled with meaningful moments as they celebrated with the ones they love the most. And their day was just that! With one little twist. Non-stop, total downpour from dawn to dusk.

Most people aren’t thrilled when they see rain forecasted for their wedding day. It’s hard to hear. It’s hard to process. It’s hard to envision how that’s going to change your day and if we’re honest, it’s disappointing. But TJ & Olivia didn’t let that negatively impact their day. They gracefully pivoted to plan B, held their ceremony indoors, and embraced the joy in their day. It’s the most rain we’ve ever seen on a wedding day, hands down. But if we were going to have to be indoors for the entire day, Heyward Manor was the place to be. We desired to create the feeling of a cozy, intimate setting, even with vendors milling about, setting up and making changes, during every aspect of the day. A big thank you to the wonderful people we work with who helped make this day a success!
