Huguenot Loft Downtown Greenville Wedding John & Erin | Greenville, SC

We always learn so much about our couples during the speeches. Whether they happen at the rehearsal dinner, or at the reception, it’s always sweet to hear what their best friends and family have to say. When John’s best man got up right after dinner, he said a few things that stuck with us. One of those things – that he looks up to John. John is someone he aspires to be like, and he pointed out one particular instance. His intentionality. Especially with Erin. You see, when they first started dating, John kept a note on his phone about Erin. It was full of things that she liked, of what made her happy, and John was intentional about not only remembering those things, but also intentionally pursing her throughout their relationship. Then, Erin’s maid and matron of honor shared stories of the joy Erin brought along with her to every event, her steadfastness, and loyalty. We even caught Mom getting a little teary eyed listening to the things they had to say about her daughter! Together, John & Erin make an impressive couple, and it has been a joy to be alongside them this last year!
