Intimate Destination Summer Wedding at Hotel Domestique Chip & Elizabeth | Greenville, SC

They knew they wanted an intimate wedding celebration. Something that felt “them” – personalized, small, and meaningful with those they love most. Chip & Elizabeth considered going out of the country for their wedding celebration, but then fell in love with Greenville’s own iconic destination wedding venue, Hotel Domestique. The front facade of the hotel with the statement shutters reminded them of Charleston, where Chip proposed. The Blue Ridge Mountains called their names in its splendor and beauty. The grounds and vibe of the hotel itself reminded them of the European countryside, and Chip & Elizabeth quickly realized their destination wedding dreams would be fulfilled without leaving home!

While a few special loved ones couldn’t be there to celebrate their union, Chip & Elizabeth made sure to incorporate meaningful details that celebrated those loved ones, from Elizabeth restoring and wearing Chip’s mom’s wedding rings, to the heirloom portrait display table at the reception of brides in Elizabeth’s family, to the heirloom bracelet passed from each of Elizabeth’s sisters that they each wore on their wedding days. The intentionality in honoring loved ones, strong and faithful marriages, and relationships was at the core of Chip & Elizabeth’s celebration, and it was perfection in every way.

Chip & Elizabeth, we’d celebrate you two over and over again if we could. Every detail of your day was stunning, from the first look with your flower girls, to your heartfelt ceremony, to sunset photos with the mountains. To say that we’re overjoyed for you two on your marriage would be an understatement! May this sneak peek bring you as much joy as it did us to celebrate you a little less than 2 weeks ago. Congrats you two!!
