Associate Wedding: Intimate Cliffs at Glassy Wedding Eric & Jordan | Landrum, SC

It’s the little details.

From the very beginning, Eric & Jordan wanted to get married at the Cliffs at Glassy Chapel. Even when Covid hit, and restrictions were put into place, they were determined to make it possible for them to still exchange their vows on top of the mountain, in front of an intimate number of family and friends. And it was perfect. All morning long, we (along with Jordan!), watched the weather. We found breaks in the forecast to photograph their first look downtown, then headed up to the mountain before the fog rolled in. The sun even came out after the ceremony for some beautiful mountain top portraits, and it was all worth it.

You could tell Eric & Jordan were holding back tears all day. During their first look, while they exchanged vows, when Jordan placed Eric’s late father’s wedding band on his left hand. Then during the emotional speeches during the reception. It was a meaningful celebration, and we, along with our associate photographer Savannah, were honored to be a part of it! These two had a fantastic time exploring the mountain with Savannah, and celebrating the night away with her documenting the big moments. Congrats Eric & Jordan! We wish you two the very best as you walk hand in hand through one of life’s greatest adventures, marriage!
