James & Megan Downtown Charleston Engagement Charleston, SC

James & Megan met in Greenville at City Tavern; she happened to be in town helping a friend move, and then ended up at the bar. They somehow crossed paths that night, and instantly clicked. And 2 weeks later, Megan brought James to meet her parents! Woah! In her own words, she knew what she wanted! They’ve been together for 4 years, James proposed, Megan made it through law school, and they’re now planning for their January 2021 wedding in Greenville, where they hope to call home.

Come to find out, Megan knows quite a few of our Columbia brides from law school (small world!). We knew right then and there that her and James would be a wonderful addition to our family of couples.

We headed down to Charleston for James & Megan’s engagement session and we had a blast with them! It was a tad warm, but Charleston always is, it seems! We were glad for a nice day with no rain.
