Matt & Jessie Lake Keowee Engagement Session Greenville, SC

Matt & Jessie spend a lot of time out on Lake Keowee. It’s where Jessie’s parents’ lakehouse sits. And it’s where the two of them will be saying I Do next May! So it only made sense to photograph the two of them on Lake Keowee for their engagement session last weekend! And you guys, we’re in LOVE with the results.

Get this. Their parents live in the same neighborhood (like, live 3 houses apart. Whaaaatttt), and are a part of the same HOA. They actually know each other! So while Matt & Jessie met online, they had so many personal connections (like Jessie teaching at the school Matt grew up attending!), they knew it was meant to be. And you can tell just by how Matt is looking at Jessie that she is his whole world; he adores her and we know the feeling is mutual! They’re so precious together!

Remember that both sets of parents live in the same neighborhood? Well as you can imagine, Jessie & Matt have spent a ton of time in that neighborhood. And Matt chose the perfect spot on one of their evening walks with Jessie’s family dog to get down on one knee and pop the question. Jessie said yes, and there was a big family celebration waiting for them when they got back!

Matt & Jessie, we’re so excited to celebrate you two this coming spring. Thank you for taking us to one of your favorite spots to document this season of life! Looking forward to doing it all again in May!
