Paiton & McKenzie | Greenville Wedding

Paiton & McKenzie’s wedding day will go down in our books as one of the most beautiful weddings of the year for sure! We could say it was beautiful inside and out. The decor was gorgeous. The bride was gorgeous. The groom was handsome as ever. But even more than that, these two and their families are beautiful on the inside. During the ceremony, their minister, David Snow, said it in such a perfectly touching way:

“These two outstanding Christians that stand before us today, this is not an accident. This happened because there is a Godly heritage. A Biblical heritage. A Christian heritage. A mom and dad who love God and love each other. One man and one woman. And that doesn’t happen unless their parents before them do the same.

I see heroes on these front rows. Grandparents, thank you…Thank you. You are honored today. Jim and Cindy, thank you. Van and Lori, thank you…Thank you for being an example to all of us and showing these two how it’s done. So I want you to take note. I want to you to appreciate it. I want you to fulfill the heritage that you’ve been given by grandparents and parents that honor God and love Jesus because it’s right.”

Well if that’s not a challenge we don’t know what is! We see a lot of wedding ceremonies. They come in all shapes and sizes and each one is special in its own way. But there was something special happening in Paiton and McKenzie’s ceremony. God was clearly there. It was tangible. His love and blessing is on them. Paiton and McKenzie’s whole day was surrounded by that kind of love and encouragement. We know they will take those moments with them throughout their journey in life!

Paiton & McKenzie, we love you guys and we have loved being a small part of your journey. Paiton, maybe Ryan will be good enough to play a round of golf with you someday (he says that’s wishful thinking)! We hope to see you guys again soon and we hope you love these images as much we do!
