Short story time…

Waaaaay back in June (seems like a long time ago but also kind of like just yesterday doesn’t it?) we photographed Cameron & Molly’s wedding day. It was a wonderful day with some incredible people! So it’s close to the end of the day and we’re photographing the reception when Reid, one of Cameron’s groomsmen comes up to Ryan and says, “Hey my fiancée wants to meet you and Alyssa. We’re getting married next July. She loves your work! And with the way you guys handled everything with us today, we are definitely interested in having you guys as our photographers.”

How special?! One of the most rewarding parts of this “job” is when we get to be involved in the wedding of a couple who has seen us in action. Why? Because we know that they know exactly what they are getting and they are choosing us. Anyone can go online and find pretty images by thousands of photographers. BUT those who are already married will understand that there is SO much more to your photographer than pretty images. They are with you all day and they are a major part of setting the tone for your day no matter what happens! So for Reid and Hailey to choose us because they know what we are like on a wedding day means so much to us!

Reid & Hailey live in Atlanta, so we headed down to the ATL for their engagement session. After much searching and sweating, we found what we think was the perfect spot to see the beautiful Atlanta skyline in their photos! Add in a couple of other beautiful locations, two of the most fun and lovable people in the world, and we had ourselves the makings of a perfect day!

Reid and Hailey, we loved our time with you guys last weekend! Let’s do it again in July! And we hope to see you guys a lot more before then!
