Every time we get to talking about engagement sessions with our couples, they inevitably let us in on the secret that they are the only ones ever that won’t know how to pose or what to do with their hands in front of the camera. Well guess what! No one really knows what to do! That’s where come in! We love guiding our couples through poses and getting real genuine smiles and laughs with dumb, yet hilarious jokes (mostly told by Ryan).

THAT BEING SAID…

We put Zach & Alex in their first pose of the night at their engagement session and suddenly they were models. Zach turned and kissed Alex’s head like he has done it 1,000 times (and he probably has!). We didn’t even tell him to do it! Right then and there we knew we had a couple of pros on our hands! Now, as we have said, all of our couples do an amazing job of replicating the poses we show them as a husband and wife team. But if we had a hall of fame for posing naturals, Zach & Alex would be in it on the first ballot!

Oh and one more thing because it was so special to us. After we first met with Zach, Alex and Alex’s parents, Alex’s mom sent us an email. She told us that they had met with several photographers and had decided to leave it up to Zach & Alex to decide who they wanted and they had chosen us. That warms our hearts like a cup of hot chocolate in December. Really. Our business is based on relationships and loving the people God choses to bring into our lives. The fact that Zach & Alex chose us specifically makes everything worthwhile.

Not much more needs to be said because you’re probably dying to see what we’re talking about. But aside from being amazing models, Zach & Alex are two sweet-spirited people that we could hang out with every day! We love them already!!!
