Late Fall Inspired Maternity Session in Downtown Greenville Greenville, SC

There’s something to be said about the people that have been in your life for a long time. We first heard from Michelle in June of 2015 (yes, we went back through the email search to find the date!). She was planning her 2016 wedding to Tyler, and happened to find us through what she called ‘extensive searching’ in her quest for the perfect fit. We call that fate. These clients-turned-friends have been in our lives for the last 7 plus years. And during that time, we’ve celebrated them in all of the high moments of their lives; engagement, bridal session, wedding day, friends’ weddings, anniversary sessions, and now, welcoming their baby into their family. We got to be there at their gender reveal party to witness these two find out they are having a girl (Shiloh was obsessed with the confetti and was as shocked as Tyler at the news). And getting these two back in front of our cameras to celebrate this new season of life in their relationship infuses life back into us. There might be some people who are tempted to think all we do is take pretty pictures and post them on social media. It’s so much more than that. We’re forging relationships with people. Hopefully lifelong relationships. We’re going to be sharing more of those types of sessions while we enter this season of rest from weddings, but for now, check out Tyler & Michelle. I don’t think I’ve ever been more obsessed with a maternity session. An instant new favorite!

We originally planned to head back to the Lace House in Columbia, where they tied the knot, and where we did their recent anniversary session. However, weather and other events kept us in Greenville, and personally, I think this should’ve been the plan all along. It has all of the vibes of the place they love so much, but now in the place where they plan to raise their family! We hit the very end of all of the fall colors for this late fall maternity session. One thing we love about Greenville – there’s always picturesque locations no matter the time of year!

Tyler & Michelle, thank you for your friendship. It’s a joy and honor to document these memories for your family and we can’t wait to meet baby girl King!
