Arthur & Alex Engagement Downtown Greenville Greenville, SC

Arthur did everything but place the diamond in its setting. With the help of Ponthieux’s , he designed it, poured the metal into the cast, and selected the diamond, all for Alex. What an incredible and special heirloom! But let’s back up…

They attended the same school – they met in middle school! They ran in the same friend circle, so they knew of each other, but that was it. Alex went off to Auburn, and Arthur went off to Wake Forrest. No contact. Cue the pandemic. Arthur was riding out quarantine those first early weeks at the beach. Randomly reaching out to people he knew, touching base and reconnecting, as the whole world was currently cooped up at home. Scrolling through his feed, he sees Alex (remember her from high school?) shared an Instagram story of a charcuterie board she put together. Not just any charcuterie board, but one featuring s’mores. (This story keeps getting better and better, right?!) Arthur replies to her story, and they started texting from there. 3 months later, Arthur made it back up to Greenville, and they went on their first date. And here we are today, planning for their incredible wedding next May! From DM to marriage, that’s one fantastic story!!

We first met Alex at Madeline & Parker’s wedding a few years ago, and it’s been a joy to get to know her and Arthur! We’re so excited we get to come alongside you two as you prepare for marriage! Enjoy this sneak peek of our time together downtown Greenville!
