Fall Engagement Session in Falls Park, Downtown Greenville Greenville, SC

Jared’s younger sister was actually Caroline’s best friend. So they always knew of each other! Cue the wedding. Jared’s sister’s wedding, that is! They were both in the wedding party, and all of that time spent together brought the two of them together! (We love a good wedding story, especially when it results in another couple falling in love and planning their own day! It’s a fun cycle!)

But let’s talk about this epic proposal. Jared popped the question at the Williams-Brice Stadium, and, in his own words, “somehow got her all the way out to the middle of the field and she had no idea what was happening.” They had made dinner plans, but those got delayed as Jared was asked to “run an errand” for his dad. (All under the proposal plan!) They got to the stadium, and Caroline chose to wait in the car. WAIT IN THE CAR. Jared couldn’t get her out of the car, until they were invited to tour the field while they were there. Not about to pass that up, Caroline & Jared made their way out. And Caroline received the surprise of her life when Jared got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. The best yes!!!

You might recognize Caroline, as we photographed her sister Cate’s wedding last summer. We have loved this family since we first started working with them, and to be invited back into another big life event and celebration for their family is the biggest honor. We’ll never forget Caroline’s mom’s excited email to us sharing her engagement!

Jared & Caroline, we seriously could have spent allll day photographing you two. Thankfully, we get to do just that next May 🙂 Loving you two is easy, and we cannot WAIT to spend our wedding anniversary celebrating the start of your marriage and forever together!
