Jonathan & Katelyn Winter Engagement Downtown Greenville, SC

October 19, 2019. Jonathan had been planning behind the scenes, making details fall into place without letting Katelyn in on his secret. While she was away on a work trip, he took a trip of his own to go see Katelyn’s parents. He worked closely with her mom to get the ring perfectly, just the way Katelyn envisioned. And he worked on a plan with her Dad to get Katelyn back home on a weekend, DURING CLEMSON FOOTBALL SEASON. Coming from 2 Clemson grads who never miss a home game, this was a big deal. They watched the game at the home where Katelyn grew up, and following the big win, Jonathan took Katelyn to her family’s nearby cabin, and got down on one knee. No surprise, she said yes!

When we got to meet these two, we instantly connected and felt as if we had known them forever! These two have the sweetest story, with personalities to match, and Katelyn has a heart of gold. She actually was the sorority president for several of our past brides – how cool is that? Also, side note, she BAKES! Katelyn dropped off a lemon loaf shortly after we met with them, and it was to die for. Jonathan is a blessed man, y’all. Speaking of Jonathan, let us tell you about his ability to make Katelyn (and us!) laugh. Our cheeks hurt so much from our time together! That’s always a good sign. And he cuddled in with Katelyn like it was his job during their session, which made our hearts melt. We just love them together! This adorable couple is getting married in July and we’re so honored to be a part of their journey! Jonathan & Katelyn, thank you for inviting us along as you two prepare for marriage! We can’t wait for the big day!
