Philippe & Amy Downtown Engagement Greenville, SC

Story time! Amy was a lawyer, handing child abuse and neglect cases for DSS. Philippe was a deputy sheriff, taking a child into protective custody. He was called to testify at a hearing, and she was one of the attorneys at the hearing handling the case. Amy caught his eye from the back, and made an immediate impression. As he was leaving, he noticed her again in the hallway. He turned right around, and headed back and asked her out to dinner. And they’ve been inseparable ever since!

This is not the first time we’ve taken Philippe & Amy’s picture. April 6, 2019, we actually captured the sweetest moment of these two out on the dance floor at Ryan & Katie’s wedding!!! Turns out, it’s been their favorite picture of the two of them (until now, that is!), and when we set up a call to chat with them for the first time about their upcoming wedding, they led with that fun fact! Way to make us feel like a million bucks, friends!

We could not be more excited or more honored to be a part of your story. Thank you so much, to you both, for your service. As public servants, we know you see some of the worst days of people’s lives. But we KNOW how much joy you bring to ours, and those of your friends and family. We love you guys and cannot wait to celebrate your wedding in Columbia in March!
