We love intimate weddings. We can’t get enough of the small weddings where the guest list mostly consists of family and a tight-knit group of friends. Why? Well, don’t get us wrong. We love a big wedding with 400 people and a 25-person wedding party too! But when it’s a more intimate size, we can almost feel more love. Does that sound strange? Think of it this way. When you strip the guest list down to the people you just couldn’t possibly have your wedding without, you end up with the people who love you most in the world. And when you get all of those people together to celebrate your special day, you magnify the love. We can feel it. It’s special.
That’s what Matthew & Annalise’s Twigs Tempietto wedding was like. Little moments of shared joy and love happening all around. As photographers it’s our job to watch for those throughout the day. We get paid to people-watch, one of our favorite pastimes! And Matthew & Annalise’s friends and family kept us on our toes to make sure we didn’t miss any sweet, loving moments. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
