Adam & Kirsten | Hilton Head Wedding

When we saw Adam for the first time on his wedding day, everything seemed normal. He showed a hint of excitement. But, true to form, he kept the cool, calm demeanor we had come to expect. What you might not know about Adam is that he is United States Marine.

Picture a marine in your mind. Got it? Yep. That’s Adam. Strong. Confident. Collected. Unwavering.

Enter: Kirsten. Gorgeous. Radiant. Smile continuously gleaming in the sun.

Adam & Kirsten shared their first look. As Adam turned around to see his beautiful bride, something changed. We saw an Adam we had never seen before! For the rest of their sunny island wedding day, the smile seemed never to leave his face. We have seen how much more comfortable our couples feel after they see each other during their first look, but this was different. There was something about seeing Kirsten and being with her that made Adam a new man! But should we be surprised by that? Isn’t that the way it should be? We think so!!! Adam has found the amazing woman that makes his heart glad and it shows! But we can’t say it better than what Kirsten’s co-maid of honor, Skylar, said in her perfect toast speech: “I couldn’t imagine a better man for my best friend than Adam.”

Adam & Kirsten, thank you for letting us be a part of this day! We are so glad our good friends (and yours!) Eric & Jamie put you in touch with us when they were unavailable!!! You two are an unbelievable couple and we feel extremely privileged to be a part of something so special to you guys! As Adam continues his service to our country, we feel like “thank you” isn’t enough. And that “thank you” extends to Kirsten as well. You two have our utmost respect. Your wedding day was so, so beautiful and we hope you will be able to look at these images and remember just how amazing it truly was! We love you guys!!!
