The First Ever #RABRIDES Party!

If you know anything about us, you know this: We love our brides (and grooms) like crazy!!! It’s not an exaggeration in any way when we say that we consider them to be part of our family!!! They might as well add “Nichols” to the end of their name because they are forever part of our family. And our family is GROWING!

One thing we noticed this year was that our brides (most of whom have never met) have SO much in common. We have 15+ Clemson grads. 80-90% of our brides are in the medical field or have a fiance who is in the medical field. They are all beautiful. The list goes on and on!!! So we thought, what better than to bring these people with so much in common together at our house! And so guess what? We DID! This was our first EVER #RABRIDES party and we loved every last second of it. Some weren’t able to make it because of commitments and some are out of state, but for those that were able to come, we had. a. blast!!!

We have to make a confession right up front. We were nervous. We had visions of the first few people coming in and it being awkward at first. We could NOT have been more wrong! These girls hit it off like they knew each other since grade school! Ryan being one guy in a house of 10+ girls was a new experience! But, being in the wedding industry, he’s getting used to it!

And…while we are making confessions, we may have teared up a little bit looking at these pictures after the party. These beautiful ladies mean so much to us. Each and every one has a special place in our hearts and always will. Like we said, they are part of our family. Not a day goes by that we don’t think about them and interact with at least a few of them. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

And even more than that, for allowing us to serve you as our job every single day. We can hardly believe how fortunate we are to have such a wealth of beautiful, sweet girls as part of our lives (not to mention your fantastic and manly fiances!). To those who couldn’t come this time, we say emphatically, there WILL BE a next time. We know fall is a busy time. Something we learned from for our 2ND ANNUAL #RABRIDES (oh yes, it’s now an annual event!) party.

We even tried to get Mia involved and she did So well until she blinked for the picture. HAHA! Oh well. Next time!
